The search deposit escalates the search assignment to the top of existing engagements and takes priority over contingent searches. This model should be used when time is of the essence and filling this role is your top priority. This search comes with a longer guarantee period and terms more favorable to the client.

As our most comprehensive partnership model, this approach delivers full dedication and ongoing support throughout every stage of the hiring process. It is best suited for senior and executive-level roles that require discretion, precision, and consistent collaboration. Retained search programs require a deposit paid at the launch of the assignment, a second installment paid after 30 calendar days, and the balance is due upon the completion of the search.
