Over 20 years ago, Scott learned the valuable lesson of bringing to a client a candidate that met (and many times exceeded) their expectations. His success over the past decades boils down to a simple analogy of buying a pair of shoes. When a customer is looking for a certain color shoe in a particular size, it’s important that they receive what they ask for. Simply put, if a client is looking for a Blue Shoe size 10, don’t bring them a pair of shoes size 9 in a shade of brown.
When Scott’s peers were working to fill many orders at once, he noticed how those recruiters cut corners to earn a fee. Instead, Scott took his time and completed every search without compromise. Sorry to say, those recruiters never lasted long in the profession as talent scouts. This devotion to quality is one reason why Scott has longstanding relationships with clients and candidates.

Scott Faurot
Scott Faurot is an accomplished speaker, trainer, & consultant on talent acquisition. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Scott has proven to be an incredibly dedicated, highly driven & motivated professional, proving time & again that he was able to achieve positive results for companies seeking help in recruiting.
Professionally, Mr. Faurot has successfully placed over a thousand candidates, conducted more than five thousand interviews, has been published in FORBES and San Diego Voyager Magazine, and has been the recipient of countless incentive trips to exotic locations.
Rising quickly within the ranks of a firm located in Orange County, California, Mr. Faurot & his team began to win awards & receive national recognition. At this firm, Scott was promoted to the positions of Senior Partner and then Managing Partner. His skilled work as a recruiter began to garner attention from peers & national enterprises alike. Google is one of those well-known national enterprises. Google hired him as a contract recruiter at their world headquarters located in Mountain View, California.
Scott resides in San Diego, California, with his college sweetheart, whom he is married to. Together, they have three beautiful children.
